Crewson has garnered critical and popular acclaim, as well as multiple awards, for her extensive body of work in film and television. Her filmography resumé features more than 100 titles, including credits like Sarah Polley’s indie feature “Away From Her,” the blockbuster Hollywood hit “Air Force One,” the made-for-TV movie based on Margaret Atwood's The Robber Bride, and the role of Dr. Anne Packard in multiple episodes of the hit drama series “24.” Crewson’s many credits also include her Gemini winning performances in "At The End Of The Day," "The Sue Rodriquez Story," "The Many Trials of Jane Doe," and "The Man Who Lost Himself." She also gave acclaimed performances in the television drama "Sex Traffic," and in the title role in the Shaftesbury wheel of movies "Criminal Instinct: The Joanne Kilbourne Mysteries." She also played in "Twelve Mile Road.” She is also recurring in Syfy’s "Ascension," and playing the mother of Ellen Page and Evan Rachel Wood in Patricia Rozema’s feature "Into The Forest." A few of her big screen credits include "The Santa Clause" trilogy opposite Tim Allen, "A Home At The End Of The World," Renny Harlin’s action thriller "The Covenant,” “A Beginners Guide To Endings," the family adventure "Eight Below," "The Clearing," "Between Strangers," "The Last Brickmaker In America," "Bi-Centennial Man" and "The Sixth Day.” Crewson is also featured in the hit film "The Vow" and "Winnie." Along with appearances in Brandon Cronenberg’s first feature, "Antiviral," "Smilin' Jack: The Jack Layton Story," "Beauty and the Beast," and "Revenge," she also appeared in the seventh season of "Murdoch Mysteries."
