INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup berries (frozen or fresh)
  • ⅓ cup almond milk
  • 1 -2 large leaves lacinato kale, stem removed, torn into pieces
  • 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp ground chia seed powder (optional)
  • 3-4 ice cubes (if you aren’t using frozen fruits)
