INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound (16 oz) angel hair pasta
  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 (16 oz) container (2 cups) Zesty Italian Dressing, I used fat-free and didn't notice any flavor missing from full fat dressing
  • 1 pint (10.5 oz) cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • Optional: Fresh Basil, cut in small strips, to taste
  • Optional: salt and pepper, to taste
