Blackened Fish with Avocado Corn Salsa

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 avocados, cubed (tips and tricks: how to cube an avocado)
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 ear of corn, kernels removed
  • 1-2 limes, juiced (about 2 tablespoons juice)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro (depending on how big of a cilantro lover you are)
  • course salt, to taste
  • 2 -3 pounds blackened fish (I used grouper, but any kind will work)
