INGREDIENTS

  • 3 avocados
  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped
  • ⅛ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon jalapeno powder (or 1 finely chopped jalapeno)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon adobo seasoning
  • Kosher salt, if needed
  • 4 oz. lump crab meat
  • ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire
  • ½ teaspoon sherry vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce
  • ⅛ teaspoon white pepper
  • Bacon, cooked, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  • Crostinis or crackers, for serving
  • Guacamole, store bought or homemade (recipe included)
  • Crab salad
  • Green onions, sliced, for garnish
