  • 1 Cup Dried Apricots, soaked in 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 3/4 Cup Raw Sugar
  • 1 1/3 Cups Self Raising Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 100ml Oil (olive, coconut, rice bran etc)
  • 3 Eggs
  • Melted chocolate and extra coconut for decorating.
