INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 3 1/4 cups almond milk, any other milk will work too
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp butter, or coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon, more if you like
  • 3-4 medium apples, chopped
  • 4 tbsp flax seed meal, optional, wheat germ or oat bran will also work well
