In an effort to find the murderer of the Iraqi woman, Don enlists the help of the victim's cousin, Nasreen, who lives in Los Angeles. Through Nasreen, Don learns information about the woman's disturbing connection to Saddam Hussein, which could lead to her murderer. Meanwhile, Charlie rekindles a romantic relationship when his exgirlfriend comes to visit.

As Don and his team investigate the motive behind two students' deadly school shooting, Charlie uses the school's radio frequency identification system to track the shooters' movements through the school's hallways. When several women are found murdered in a similar fashion, Rossi revisits a cold case that has haunted him for 25 years, causing him to suspect that the original killer is at work again. Guest stars include Daniel J. Travanti as Mr. Mullens, the original unsub that Rossi hunted in the first string of killings years ago, who now suffers from Alzheimer's Disease.

The SRU team is assigned the task of transporting and protecting an infamous serial killer. The grief-stricken father of one of the killer's victims, Walter, finds out that the killer is being extradited back to the U.S for a mental evaluation. His family falling apart, Walter decides to go after the killer and make him pay for his crimes.
208: Aisle 13
The SRU team is called in when two teenage boys, Donnie and Adam, attempt to rob a local food store. The boys are best friends who are desperate not to be separated after Adam finds out that his family is moving away, because their business is failing; Donnie believes if they can get the money to help the family business, then Adam's family will remain in town. Unfortunately, their escape plan goes awry and they take several hostages, barricading themselves in the store. Parker and the team try to piece together why these young boys would resort to actions so extreme.
