  • 2 tbs olive oil 1 onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, chopped 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp each ground cumin, dried chilli flakes and dried oregano 500g beef mince 1/2 cup (125ml) red wine 400g can chopped tomatoes 500g butternut pumpkin, cut into 2cm pieces 250g Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced Chopped red chilli, chopped oregano and green salad, to serve
  • 75g unsalted butter 1/3 cup (75g) plain flour 600ml milk 1 cup (80g) grated parmesan 1/2 tsp ground cumin
